Mounting instructions for thumb magazine-release grips.
Remove the magazine and check if the gun is unloaded.
It is a good advice to install the grips without the lever just to get the feel.
Do not force the grips otherwise the front lip may break off making the grips unusable!
If you are unsure how to make it please ask for a professional's help.
The grips come with a lever precisely fitted to the grips.
It can rock back and forth. The front position is where the magazine will be released.
To mount the grips the lever must be rotated to its rear position. Put on the left side grip with the lever attached.
Align the lever to grab the recess on the magazine-release arm.
You may have to pull back the magazine release arm to let the grip sit flush the frame.
Be careful! Don't pinch your fingers!
Push the grip to its final position. Mount the other side and install the screw. Check gun functionality. Try out if the magazine inserts and drops fine.
Please be careful when operating the original magazine release by hand!
The lever is made of metal and may hurt your hand.
Your feedback on these grips is appreciated. Thank you in advance!
Thank you so much for your interest and support.
